Urban Compost Bali is committed to protecting your personal information. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- When you register: your name, business name (for businesses), email, WhatsApp number, pickup address and the services and plan you choose.
- When you use the client portal: your login email. If you log in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We don't receive your Google password or any other Google data.
- Pickup records: pickup dates, number of buckets and weights, which we use for your reports.
- Website visits: only if you tap Accept on our cookie notice, Google Analytics records how the website is used, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. If you tap Decline, nothing is recorded.
How we use your data
We use your information to manage your subscription, schedule pickups, send invoices, show your collection reports in the client portal, and communicate with you about our services. Website statistics help us improve the website.
Your data will not be sold, and it is not shared with third parties without your consent, except when necessary to operate our services: our pickup team and the service providers that run our website, client portal and email (Netlify, Supabase, Google and Brevo).
Data security
We take reasonable steps to keep your personal information secure. Client portal reports are only visible after you log in, and each client can only see their own data.
Your choices
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information.
- You can change your cookie choice by clearing this website's data in your browser; the notice will then appear again.

By using Urban Compost services, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Policy updates
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or operations. The date at the top shows the latest version.
